Brad Tipton put our music and security system in our house in Va Beach. He was wonderful. Brad takes the time to explain in simple terms how it works and how to use the system. The best part is BRAD NEVER STOPPED HELPING US. We could call Brad and he would walk us through the problem until we understood how to correct the situation. We always felt that Brad had our best interest at heart. He never tried to over sell. He listened and we miss his expertise. My husband and I miss his guidance.
